Our company was founded as Keihanshin Horse Racing Co., Ltd. in 1948 in the early days after the end of World War II for the purpose of reconstructing a horse-racing track in the Hanshinkan area (between Osaka and Kobe). After changing our corporate name to the present one, we entered into the real estate industry. We continued to expand our operations by starting a leasing business for office buildings and commercial/logistics properties, as well as a leasing business for off-track betting offices (WINS), which since our establishment has been one of our core businesses. Moreover, with the arrival of the full-blown IT era, we recently focus on expanding the operations of datacenter buildings that prove our foresight.

We execute a drastic replacement of our assets from the standpoints of efficiency and promise, while successively proceeding with reconstructions of existing properties. As a result, despite facing a harsh business climate, we work toward realizing further efficient management practices by reinforcing our revenue base and holding onto our traditional characteristics and strengths, i.e., running our businesses with a select group of experts and an intense outsourcing strategy.

We will continue in our ceaseless efforts to offer more valuable rental real estate, on the basis of our business edict: "to further increase customer satisfaction by providing safe and comfortable business spaces and attentively managing these buildings." We will also make positive and continuous efforts to protect the environment and improve welfare, always bearing in mind that the buildings and facilities that we deliver to the world will become social assets of cities and communities. Furthermore, in order to meet expectations and trusts of our stakeholders, we will further increase our corporate value, while maintaining the balance between growth and stability, and will become a "unique and distinctive real estate company" that possesses innovative sense and a strong ability to take action.
