Aiming to be a unique building company with a presence by providing valuable business spaces
Let me begin by thanking you for your continued patronage of the company.
On October 1, 2011, the company changed its name to Keihanshin Building Co.. Ltd. And made a new start.
Our company was founded as Keihanshin Horse Racing Co., Ltd. In 1948, soon after the end of world War II, for the purpose of constructing the Hanshin Racetrack for the development of horse racing. Thereafter, the Hanshin Racetrack was transferred to the Japan Racing Association (JRA) , and we took that opportunity to become a general real estate company. Since changing the corporate name to Keihanshin Real Estate Co., Ltd. in1956, we have been invoIved in a wide range of fields including office building leasing, large housing development and sales of condominiums. However, in recent years we have come to focus our management resources on the leasing of commercial spaces such as office buildings and datacenter buildings. In addition, we wish to further clarify the direction in which we want our future growth strategy to head in. For these reasons, we recently decided to change our corporate name for the first time in half a century.
In the years ahead, we will continue our steadfast efforts to supply rental buildings of higher value and building management of higher quality for our customers, firmly maintaining our business principle: "We aim to achieve ever higher customer satisfaction by providing safe and comfortable business facilities, followed by attentive maintenance." We will also make positive efforts in greening and beautifying as well as good harmony of our facilities with the local town and protect the environment to aspire the creation of buildings to enhance the value of the town, always bearlng in mind that the buildings and facilities that we construct are a part of the local landscape for many years and will remain as social assets of the area.
In order to support these kinds of business activities we are enforcing compliance by strengthening corporate governance. In this way, we are striving to adhere to a fair and transparent management structure, and strike a balance between growth and stability that allows us to meet the expectations of all our stakeholders and live up to the trust they place in us. At the same time, we are steadily inceasing our corporate value as we aim to be a unique building company with a presence.
Thank you for your continuous understanding and heartfelt support with our endeavors.
