History

Starting from the operation of Hanshin Racecourse, the Company has been expanding its business scope by developing businesses that meet the needs of the times, such as WINS buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings and logistics warehouses and datacenter buildings. 1948	Keihanshin Horse Racing Co.,Ltd. founded.
1949	Listed on Osaka Securities Exchange. The Hanshin Racecourse (located in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Pref.) completed. WINS Umeda and WINS Namba completed at Kita-ku and Minami-ku of Osaka-shi.
1951	WINS Kyoto completed in Kyoto-shi.
1953	WINS Kobe completed in Kobe-shi.
1955	The Hanshin Racecource sold to Japan Racing Association (JRA).
1956	Changed the corporate name to Keihanshin Real Estate Co., Ltd.
1962	Our first office building, Kawaramachi Building completed in Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi.
1964	Azuchimachi Building completed in Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi.
1982	WINS Umeda A Building completed in Kita-ku, Osaka-shi.
1983	Hirakata Warehouse completed in Hirakata-shi.
1988	Our first datacenter building, Shinmachi 1 Building completed in Nishi-ku, Osaka-shi.

1998	50th anniversary of the Company's founding Nagano Shopping Facility in Nagano-shi, acquired.

2003	Listed on the First Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2007	Kitahorie Building in Nishi-ku, Osaka-shi, completed. Midosuji Building completed in Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi.

2022	Listed on the Prime Market of Tokyo Stock Exchange. Minami-Aoyama Land（with leasehold interest）in Minato-ku, Tokyo, acquired.
2023	Sekime-Takadono Apartment Building in Asahi-ku, Osaka-shi, acquired. Asakusa-Ekimae Building in Taito-ku, Tokyo, acquired.
