Message from the President

I’m Tsuneo Wakabayashi, and I was recently appointed President. I’d first like to thank our shareholders for their continued support.

We have moved to the Prime Market, a new market segment on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, from April 2022. In line with this, we will focus on new investments toward our next stage of growth, while also working toward the realization of sustainable management, including the further enhancement of information disclosure and strengthening of governance.

Keeping in mind our management philosophy—to provide valuable commercial space—we will work together with our shareholders and other stakeholders to achieve sustainable development and enhancement of corporate value.

We humbly ask our shareholders for their understanding and support as we move forward.
