Initiatives to improve longevity and durability

The Company adopts long-life and highly durable materials, and appropriately manages and repairs buildings based on the concept of "preventive maintenance." By doing so, we strive to extend the longevity of buildings, conserve limited resources, and prevent waste generation. Even for older buildings such as Kawaramachi Building, where our head office is based, we work to ensure that tenants are able to use the buildings for a long time by updating the interiors, facilities, and frame, and improving the convenience and comfort offered by the building.
