Reduction and recycling of waste

Prolonging the lives of buildings and improving durability

The Company strives to prolong the service life of buildings by adopting long-life, high-durability materials and appropriately managing and repairing buildings based on the idea of"preventive maintenance," in an effort to conserve limited resources and reduce the volume of waste. By making improvements in the interior, facilities, and other parts, we enable buildings that have been in service for many years, such as the Kawaramachi Building that houses the Company's Head Office, to offer greater convenience and comfort. This has led tenants to use them for many years.
