Our Stance on Human Resources

As of March 2020, the Company has been operating with a small number of staff members, of only 45 employees. To enable operations to be carried out by this small group and to realize effective business management, the workplace must be one that enables each employee to work to his or her full potential, with respect shown towards each employee’s personality and individuality. The work environment should also be safe and pleasant. We will continue to implement workstyle reforms to achieve a proper work-life balance for our employees and work toward reinforcing human-resource foundation.

(1) Creating a pleasant work environment

The Company strives to create a pleasant work environment so that all employees will be able to take an active part in it. This includes enhancing support systems, such as leave for child-rearing and for nursing, and actively hiring from the senior generation.

(2) Qualification support system

The Company has established a support system for employees to acquire qualifications, to provide opportunities for self-improvement and to enhance the skills and motivation of each individual. Real estate notary, bookkeeping, and certified building administrator qualifications are a few of the individual recognized qualifications for which the Company fully covers the expenses for training and the qualification testing fees.

Fair and Appropriate Business Transactions

The Company takes an equal and fair stance for its business transactions with partner companies. Furthermore, the Audit Department regularly conducts audits to verify whether transactions are being implemented in compliance with laws, regulations, and designated in-house processes.

As a Partner Company

Companies that cooperate by taking on building operations and management tasks in our business development are crucial partners for our business. Accordingly, we strive to establish firm partnerships, in addition to constructing fair business relationships.

Cooperative Partner Company Award

Since 2015, the Company has established a Cooperative Partner Company Award to recognize outstanding staff. The Award is provided twice a year to recognize the contributions of the employees of our real estate partner companies to building management and their efforts. Recommendations from the Company, along with self-recommendations from partner companies, are both accepted. This Award aims to establish a rewarding and employee-friendly workplace that properly recognizes the contributions of the employees of partner companies.

Joint BCP Training

The Company conducts BCP training on January 17 of each year on the anniversary of the Great Hanshin Earthquake. We recieved conducting training with partner companies on information communication from each building in the event of a disaster. However, last year, we also conducted prior interviews to investigate the current state of BCP activities in partner companies and the backup-support responses to the Company in the event of disasters to establish cooperation and collaboration systems. Furthermore, with more partner companies participating in our training than on the previous occasion, we were able to receive many opinions from their points of view.
