We operate diverse leasing businesses, covering office buildings, datacenter buildings, WINS buildings (off-track betting parlors), as well as commercial buildings and logistics warehouses. The balance of revenue is particularly favorable with office buildings, datacenter buildings, and WINS buildings; in this way, we have built a revenue structure that is not susceptible to real estate market conditions. We have stably and steadily achieved growth by undertaking initiatives to expand our business while aiming to reduce risk.

The Company has established the Property Management Department, comprised of technical staff with extensive on-site experience at major construction companies or similar organizations. We engage consistently in our building/facility development, covering from planning and development to renovations and renewals. In addition, we respond to tenants’ needs swiftly and carefully by working closely with sales divisions.
Based on the concept of preventive maintenance, we conduct renovation and renewal works appropriately, in order to prevent serious accidents from occurring. Our advanced features and high-quality maintenance management are particularly highly recognized by the tenants in our datacenter buildings

We strive to create buildings and facilities that are ahead of the times, always bearing in mind “security,” “comfort,” and “ecology.” For “security,” we put safety first by implementing seismic isolation structure and entry access control using contactless IC cards. In terms of “comfort,” we strive to offer the latest equipment and careful services so as to offer people-friendly and comfortable spaces. Also, we are keenly aware of the “ecology,” promoting greening of buildings and measures to reduce environmental burden.

The Midosuji Building was constructed as our flagship office building on the Midosuji Road, the main street of Osaka and a central office area. In addition to securing safety and reliability by implementing seismic isolation structure and installing high-capacity emergency generators, various energy-saving devices are adopted, making it a high quality building with environmental consideration.
With simple and high-quality exterior, this building is highly regarded as a symbol of the cityscape of Midosuji for a new era.

Case Study 2 OBP Building(datacenter building)

A large-scale urban-type DC building boasting the latest specs, including advanced disaster-prevention features and a reliable power supply

Advanced seismic isolation devices aim to withstand a seven-class epicentral earthquake on the Japanese seismic intensity scale. In the event of a blackout, the combination of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) device and a large emergency-use generator can maintain the power supply in the building until electricity is restored. In addition, technicians monitor conditions in the building from the disaster prevention center, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
