Basic Policy

We will endeavor to observe the relevant laws and regulations and make a timely, pertinent and fair disclosure of our corporate information in accordance with "the Fair Information Disclosure" prescribed in "The course of action of Keihanshin Building."
Our company makes disclosure in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the timely disclosure rules prescribed by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. And we are also disclosing to the extent allowable other information which we believe useful to our shareholders and investors even when it does not fall within the purview of the information prescribed in such law or disclosure rules.

Method of Disclosure of Information

When we feel that a piece of information such as one concerning the business, operation or business results of our company which has an important effect on making an investment decision falls within the purview of matters required to be disclosed by the timely disclosure rules, we will promptly disclose such information on the "Timely Disclosure network" (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and list the same information on the home page of our website to make it promptly and fairly available for inspection to a broad range of stakeholders, and naturally our shareholders.
In addition, we will keep our shareholders and investors posted on the progress our company is making by holding information meetings for securities analysts and individual investors.

Period of Silence

With a view to preventing leaks of information concerning the settlement of accounts and ensuring the fairness of information disclosure, we have set a certain period prior to announcement of financial statements as a period of silence during which we will refrain from making any comment or answering any questions regarding the settlement of accounts.
However, if we see any subsequent projection of business is likely to deviate significantly from the projections previously made during the period of silence, we will announce an amended projection of business in accordance with the timely disclosure rules.

Disclosed pieces of information other than established facts of the past represent an outlook formulated by our company on the basis of the information available to us at the time, and as such, they include risks and uncertain elements arising from changes occurring in the economic situation, market trends, the taxation system and various other systems.
