We aim to combine our existing core real estate leasing business with new real estate businesses to achieve sustainable growth
Under the Long-Term Business Plan, formulated in May 2023, we aim to further expand our revenue base and improve capital efficiency by diversifying our investment methods through engaging in revolving-type investment businesses , equity investments, and overseas investments, in addition to our existing core real estate leasing business, and by building a business model that can realize sustainable growth even in a constantly changing business environment.
In addition, we reviewed the Long-Term Business Plan in September 2024 in order to meet expectations for the early achievement of long-term business targets and improving capital efficiency. We will continue to accumulate know-how through alliances with other companies, recruit and foster specialized human resources, and further develop internal systems to launch and monetize all new businesses ahead of schedule.
Keeping our management philosophy of "to provide valuable commercial space" in mind, we will work together with our shareholders and all other stakeholders to achieve sustainable development and increase corporate value.We look forward to the continued understanding and support of our shareholders.
